Founded by vegan friends Ben and Nico, this passionate team has earned a cult following for their iconic Dole pineapple twist and creamy oat-based vanilla soft serve beloved by vegans and non-vegans alike. Soft Serve Cartel has become a highlight for foodies across the UK and this August, they’re teaming up and collaborating with Venue 13 for the full run of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, bringing their signature sunshine-in-a-cone to 3 Lochend Place.
