Join Vanesa from Elixir Paradox, as she takes you on a rich journey across whisky landscapes—from the wild coastlines of Islay to the rugged Highlands of Scotland, all the way to the Canadian frontier.
This guided tasting session will introduce you to four unique whiskies, each with a distinct character and story. Whether you’re a curious newcomer or a seasoned dram explorer, this is your chance to deepen your appreciation of the craft.
What’s Included:
Four carefully selected drams. Each whisky is introduced with engaging insights into the distillery, its region, and the flavour notes you’re about to experience. Each week we’ll explore contrasting styles and regional profiles from different regions such as:
- Highland – Light, floral, honeyed. A broad and accessible entry.
- Islay – Bold, smoky, peaty. An acquired but unforgettable taste.
- Campbeltown – Maritime, oily, complex. A hidden gem of Scotch.
- Speyside – Fruity, elegant, smooth. Home to the world’s most iconic single malts.
- Lowland – Soft, grassy, delicate. Subtle and approachable, perfect for newcomers.
Expect storytelling and flavour exploration in a relaxed and intimate setting. No prior whisky knowledge required, just bring your curiosity and tastebuds.
Each drink will be accompanied with a music and media experience, to enhance the storytelling and allow you immerse yourself in the drinking experience, and you’ll be provided with materials to write down your own tasting notes.

- Please arrive by 6:35 PM. Late arrivals after 6:50 PM may not be admitted.
- All participants must be 18+. No spectators or shared tastings.
- Spaces are limited to 20 people per session.
- Drinks are served neat, with optional water to enhance flavour.
- Responsible enjoyment is encouraged—please do not arrive intoxicated or you may not be allowed to attend.
